Additionally, Congress Park is rich in history and contains a large section the 7th Ave. Historic District which happens to be the largest historic district in Denver.

For those music lovers, the Bluebird Theatre at Colfax Ave and Adams St. offers live contemporary music performances. The Denver Botanic Gardens is located on the west side of York St. Here you can explore the beautiful majestic gardens or attend various concerts hosted year round.

The public schools such as Denver School of Arts, East High School and Stapleton High School are A+ schools in the area and Denver Waldorf Private school also received great ratings.
